Based in Miami, FL, Stackhouse Capital seeks to create value, unlock untapped potential, and vastly improve the quality of life for under served communities by investing capital and partnering with various interested stakeholders including pragmatic local municipalities, various debt and equity capital sources, and

world-class operators.

Founded in 2012, by Jake Levin, a 25-year finance and real estate veteran, Stackhouse has

developed, acquired, operated or partnership-invested in a myriad of commercial real estate assets including multifamily, self-storage, hospitality, and manufactured housing communities (MHC). Currently, the firm is primarily focused on self-storage and MHC development or value-add opportunities. Since inception, Stackhouse has completed or raised approximately $300mm of equity transactions for its deals.

Stackhouse is also a Limited Partner and strategic advisor in 2 venture capital funds, which back service academy (e.g., US Military Academy at West Point, Naval Academy, Air Force Academy, etc) graduate founders and management teams. While not the core business, it is an excellent way to support both veterans and help address the various good causes that they are tackling (e.g., clean energy, organic health foods, transparency in government, etc).
